All estimates are based on initial requirements and site evaluation. Final pricing may vary depending on material changes, design updates, or unforeseen site conditions during execution.
Project timelines are estimates and may change due to weather, material availability, approvals, or client-requested modifications. We strive to complete work within the agreed schedule.
Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule in the contract. Delayed payments may result in work suspension or revised project timelines until dues are cleared.
Clients must provide accurate project information, access to the property, and timely decisions. Delays caused by missing inputs may impact the overall project schedule and cost.
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented and approved before execution. Additional costs and time adjustments will apply accordingly to modifications requested.
We provide workmanship warranty as specified in the contract. Warranty does not cover misuse, natural wear and tear, or damage caused by external factors.
We are not liable for indirect damages, delays caused by third parties, or issues arising from materials supplied by the client or external vendors.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Completed work up to the termination date must be paid in full as per agreed terms.
